Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank

Background
The Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (WCSEB), which came into operation on 1 October 2019, serves as the central repository of governance documentation in respect of the Western Cape Bid Document(s) (WCBDs), i.e., WCBD 4, WCBD 6.1 and B-BBEE certificate and/or affidavit.
Who must register on WCSEB?
All existing suppliers who are currently not registered on the database and all potentially new suppliers who intend conducting business with the WCG but are not yet registered on the database.
How does registration work?
Suppliers who either want to register on the WCSEB for the first time or update their business profiles, must fill in the prescribed forms. The forms can be obtained from the WCSEB website.
Already an existing supplier on WCSEB?
Existing suppliers who are already registered on the WCSEB must please ensure that they update their business profiles on the database.
